Apartment Buildings · High-Rise Residential · Mixed-Use Precincts

Internet as a built-in amenity, online from move-in day.

We design, install, own, and manage the complete internet and Wi-Fi infrastructure for apartment buildings and high-rise residential developments. Residents connect the day they arrive; the property gains a leasing differentiator and a revenue stream, at zero capital cost and at pricing structured around the developer's or property owner's budget.

The Infrastructure

Engineered for how residents actually live.

Remote work, 4K streaming, video calls, gaming, smart home devices: modern residents run multi-device digital households. The network has to be built for that, not retrofitted toward it.

What the Property Gains

A leasing differentiator that pays the building back.

Appeal

Rentals move faster

"Internet included, online the day you move in" is a genuine differentiator in a competitive rental market, in the same category as water and power. No ISP appointments, no installation delays, no wall drilling per tenant.

Revenue

An income stream for management

Property management can add an administrative margin on the connectivity service: a simple, low-risk revenue stream on infrastructure the building didn't pay to install, with predictable annual escalations.

Control

One partner, full visibility

Complete ownership and end-to-end management by us, with a tailored dashboard and API for property managers: usage monitoring, issue reporting, and network policy controls at their fingertips.

Zero upfront capital. Fully funded and owned by us; the property owner pays nothing for the infrastructure.
Pricing that fits the building's budget. We structure per-unit rates and speed tiers around the developer's or property owner's budget: a clear base rate, optional premium tiers, and predictable annual escalations.
Amenity spaces covered. Clubhouse, rooftop, and communal areas stay seamlessly connected on the same network.
Expandable by design. The same network can extend to retail levels, future phases, and precinct extensions without rebuilding.

Frequently Asked

The questions we hear most.

What do residents pay, and to whom?
A simple monthly rate per unit for the standard symmetrical service, with the billing arrangement structured to suit the building. Property management can add an administrative margin on top, turning the service into a low-risk revenue stream for the building.
Can a resident get a faster line than the standard service?
Yes. Residents can upgrade to a premium symmetrical tier per unit, with higher speeds available on request, without the building changing anything.
What does the body corporate or property manager actually have to do?
Operationally, almost nothing. We fund, own, manage, and support the network end to end, including a property-manager dashboard and API for visibility, usage monitoring, and policy controls. Your role is deciding the commercial structure that suits the building.
Does this only work for new buildings?
Both. New developments get the network designed in from day one; existing buildings are retrofitted with minimal disruption using structured riser-fed cabling.
How is this better than residents each getting their own fibre installed?
Residents are online the day they move in: no ISP appointments, no per-apartment drilling, no six-week waits. The building gets one clean network instead of years of piecemeal installations, common areas and amenity spaces are covered too, and bulk economics make the service more affordable than equivalent standalone packages.
How many devices can each resident connect?
As many as they need. Phones, laptops, TVs, consoles, and smart-home devices all connect under one resident login, with no per-device restrictions.

The first step costs nothing.
